great service, the breakfast is fantastic. moreover it has excellent wifi to surf the net etc. it has incredible and stunning location, just next door to saint marcos square and rialto bridge and main square market and opera house and grand canal.

Nice location on top of a smaller canal, and 5 minute walk from an enclosed bridge. Central heating, a private safe, and flat-screen TV in the room and the comfortable bed. Spacious bedrooms with chandeliers.

ideal for easy strolls to iconic venetian landmarks

I loved how I could easily walk to the fine Basilica di San Marco and the vibrant Rialto Bridge. The breakfast selection was generous and offered a wide variety of options, which fueled my explorations each day.

Very nice hotel. Breakfast was very good also. We forgot our converter in the outlet, but when we came back to pick up our luggage from storage they had it saved for us at the front desk. Very thoughtful. Not far from San Marco and very close to shopping too.

In a prime location, walking distance to major attractions, the staff provided really good service, even packing fresh croissants for a pre-breakfast check-out. The room, while a bit cramped for four adults, was clean and well-maintained were nice. The breakfast selection was plentiful, keeping us fueled for our explorations.

Check in lady very abrupt & gave impression that she was working at a 5 star Hotel & we were a family that was below the grade of customer that would normally visit the hotel. We noticed there was a large group of school children staying the following night. The Family room was cramped with 1 room with queen & 2 single beds. Water leak mark on back wall where water has leaked.

The situation of the hotel suited our needs very well. We were given an upgrade at the time of arrival, to a Platinum room with a canal view. The hotel was quiet at the time we visited, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The continental breakfast offered a good selection of items, replenished during the hours of service.

A leak from under the bath in our room was not rectified during our visit, although reported during our first day.

The room air conditioning wasn't working well.

The location! Close to everything. Calle della Verona was quiet. The room was pleasant and clean and had air conditioning. The cafe at the corner was a great place to grab a drink or a salad.
